Suite 1 is a 300 square feet suite comprising of two rooms separated by an archway and ensuite four piece bathroom. It has a queen size bed under a crystal chandelier, central air, WIFI, antique dresser and desk, kitchenette with fridge, counter with bar sink, kettle, coffee maker, microwave, dishes. The adjoining private sitting room features loveseat, chairs, coffee table, TV, luggage stand. It is nestled under the eaves on the second story at the front of the house.

Room 3 is our smallest room that is located on the main floor and accesible to the enclosed front porch that offers an additional sitting area. Despite its modest size of 10 feet 8 inches by 10 feet, plus an additional ensuite bathroom, eveyr detail has been carefully considered to ensure optimal functionality and convenience. It is very cozy and painted a warm hawthorn yellow with white trim and an antique crystal chandelier. It is funished with an antique white iron and brass queen size bed,and small table, desk, TV, , coffee maker, kettle, luggage stand and wardrobe. Bar fridge for this room is in the enclosed front porch as well as comfortable antique wicker chairs and table.
