Built in 1874, and named after plasterer John Avery, our historic home has been lovingly renovated and maintained. We offer a total of six guest rooms, consisting of four Suites, and two Rooms. We are centrally located in Stratford, within walking distance of all four theatres, shopping and restaurants. Each room offers a king bed, ensuite bathroom, central air conditioning; wifi; one free parking spot per room. Full breakfast served family-style at 9:00am each morning.

Our Rooms are more modest in size (and price) than our Suites, and are designed for guests who are looking for more affordable option, yet still enjoy a king bed, luxurious linens, and an abundant breakfast. Instead of a private patio or seating area, they include access to our common areas – Dining Room, Sun Porch, Living Room and Front Porch. The Tiny Room is our smallest and least expensive option. Second floor with ensuite bathroom, king bed, air conditioning, wifi, free parking for one vehicle. Breakfast served family-style at 9:00am each morning. Location: second floor of Main House.
